Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus cc fee and reservation fee
• 15–29 days prior to arrival: 75% refund minus cc fee and reservation fee
• 14-8 days of arrival: 50% refund minus cc fee and reservation fee
• Within 7 days of arrival NO REFUND

Site Usage and Appearance

• Keep campsites neat, clean, and free of clutter or trash.
• Park only in designated areas. Do not park on grass or block/impede roads.
• No alterations to the site (including structures, fencing, or modifications) without written approval.
• Outdoor-appropriate furniture only is permitted.
• RVs must be maintained in good repair. Broken awnings, hoses, or leaks are not allowed.
• Secure sewer hoses with proper seals at both ends, as required by law.
• Dispose of trash in dumpsters only. Do not leave trash outside overnight.
• Washing vehicles or RVs on site require prior office approval. $35 PER WASH ONCE APPROVED.

Guests and Conduct

• Follow occupancy limits per campsite as stated in park guidelines.
• All visitors must register with the office and may be charged a fee.
• Maintain a respectful, peaceful environment. Loud, obnoxious, or disorderly conduct is prohibited.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum at all times.
• Children must always be supervised and accompanied when using park facilities.
• Respect other campers’ privacy. Do not walk through other campsites.
• Illegal activities, weapons, and drug possession are strictly prohibited.

Pets

• Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Clean up after them immediately.
• Pets may not be left tied up or unattended outdoors. Avoid excessive barking.
• Pet limits per site must be followed. Proof of vaccinations may be required.
• Service animals are welcome, even in areas where pets may otherwise be restricted.

Safety and Environmental

• Campfires permitted only in designated fire rings/grills. Never leave them unattended; extinguish before departure.
• Clean fire pits after use, including ashes and food waste, and dispose in designated bins.
• Do not cut, carve, or damage trees or plants. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Generators may only be used with office approval.
• Fireworks, firearms, explosives, and projectile-firing devices are prohibited.
• Do not leave personal items unattended for long periods. The campground is not responsible for lost/stolen property.
• Any contractor/vendor working on a guest’s unit must provide proof of insurance.

Waste Disposal

• Greywater (from sinks/showers) and blackwater (from toilets) must be disposed of only at designated dump stations.
• Pump-out service: $25 per pump. Please provide 24 hours’ notice.
• Dumping waste on the ground or in unauthorized areas is illegal and prohibited.
• Violations may result in eviction and/or a $1,000 fine.
• For RV waste disposal guidance, refer to information at the office.

Vehicles, SPEED LIMMIT IS 5 MPH

ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, Electric Bicycle and similar off-road vehicles are not permitted.

• Golf carts are not allowed unless specified. All vehicles must follow speed limits.
• All drivers must have a valid driver’s license. Reckless driving is prohibited.
• Park only in designated areas. Do not park on grass or block roads.

Park Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to evict any guest who fails to comply with these rules.
• Rule violations may result in immediate termination of site agreement and removal from the park without refund.
